Born in Fairlie. There was a maternity hospital there back then. It then became an old people's home and is now for sale - which is a real shame.

Best advice you've ever been given ?
When you play a sport, don't build up a situation within the game as being more important than it is. With golf, you would be surprised how few people care how you played and even less will remember tomorrow.

Carisbrook. I still remember the days when after a game at Carisbrook, if you were in a box, how we would make our way around all the other boxes.

I was head boy for two years at school.

Sounds weird but probably my home town course in Fairlie - as much for the company and entertainment the locals provide.
If you met yourself as a 20 year old what advice would you give yourself ?
Live a little before having kids. I would have liked to have travelled more but having kids kind of limited that for us and I am hoping to do more as we get older.
